Directors:

• John Tottenham - Non-Executive Chairman since 2012, John has two decades experience in offshore financial services, having previously served for 20 years in the Royal Navy Submarine Service.  Specialising in pre-paid cards and online payments, he has also worked in government and internal audit.

• Nick Sheard - Managing Director. Nick has 35 years experience in Financial Services working initially in Investment Banking in London and Europe. He has extensive offshore experience as a Director of IOM regulated Banking and Trust Businesses and as a consultant on Compliance and Risk issues. He formerly was Banking Supervisor at both the IOM FSA and Jersey FSC.

• Mike Hewison - Fellow of ACCA. Educated at King Williams College. Mike previously held FD\Director roles in Retail & Electronics before entering the Payments sector. Outside work interested in most sports particularly rugby (originally as player and later as a coach) plus swimming as a swim parent, poolside judge/official and various committee roles.
